Our mediators have a combined 40 years of experience.
We’ve practiced all along the Front Range of Colorado and are familiar with the ins and outs of local courts. Our experience with divorce and family law is extensive, and we will help you feel comfortable navigating this process.

Kelly Toney
Listening and helping people solve problems is a role I’ve had my entire life. Helping individuals and families creatively solve challenges through mediation is one of my favorite professional roles. Changes to your family structure, your finances, your physical and mental health, or your living arrangements create unique challenges to be overcome, but that doesn’t mean animosity (or fees!) need to be high. I believe mediation can help you be heard, resolve challenges, and move forward to the next chapters in life.
Outside of work, I can be seen skiing, road biking, rafting, camping, playing board games, and enjoying life with my husband and two Bernese Mountain Dogs. I’m looking forward to seeing you, too!

Jonathan Datz
Jonathan has over two decades of legal experience in resolving the most complicated disagreements that exist in our legal system. Jonathan fundamentally believes that family disputes are best handled outside of the courtroom. When parties can reach agreements without using the courts, it is almost always best. Jonathan deeply believes that people should have ownership over their family’s future, and courts should always be viewed as a last resort. Regardless of how deep parties disagreements may be, Jonathan remains optimistic and solution-oriented in the search for common ground.

Christopher Estoll
One of Christopher’s strengths as an attorney is his ability to see a problem from multiple perspectives. As a mediator, he will work hard to help both sides understand all the potential outcomes and the risks/rewards of reaching an agreement versus proceeding to court. Christopher is aware that not every case can reach a reasonable agreement, but he takes pride in helping people take control of their own situation and empowering them to move forward in a positive manner that they feel good about.
